SEPTIC INSTALLATION & SITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Residential & Small Commercial

Every property has different wastewater needs. Septic systems are designed based on soil conditions, water usage, occupancy, and local health department requirements. Once permitted, we handle the full installation process from start to finish.

FULL SEPTIC SYSTEM INSTALLATION

(Residential & Small Commercial)

Our septic installations include all labor, equipment, and coordination required to properly install a compliant, long lasting system.

Installation scope includes:

  • Site layout based on approved permit
  • Excavation and system footprint preparation
  • Septic tank delivery and placement
  • Trenching for inlet, outlet, and drain field lines
  • Drain field or mound construction (as permitted)
  • System piping, connections, and sealing
  • Pump, chamber, or pressure components when required
  • Coordination of required inspections
  • Backfilling, grading, and site restoration

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Step 1: Site Evaluation & Soil Test

(Customer Responsibility)

Contact your local Environmental Health Department to request:

  • Soil Evaluation / Perc Test
  • Site visit from the health inspector

They will:

  • Determine soil type
  • Approve the allowable system type
  • Specify tank size based on use
  • Approve the drain field location

Step 2: Permit Review & Installation

(Our Responsibility)

Provide us with:

  • Approved septic permit
  • Inspector notes or drawings
  • Site plan showing tank and drain field layout

Once received, we schedule the installation and complete the work per approved plans and code.
