Uses chamber style drain field components for improved performance and reduced trench requirements.
Designed for properties with high water tables or unsuitable soil. The system is constructed above grade to ensure proper treatment and dispersal.
Level 1 Basic System Check
Surface level evaluation of system condition and visible components.
Level 2 Standard System Inspection
Inspection of accessible tank components, inlet/outlet flow, distribution box, drain field performance, and written summary.
Level 3 Advanced Diagnostic Inspection
In depth evaluation for systems with suspected failure or performance issues, including internal inspection after pump out when required.
Level 4 Commercial System Survey
(Commercial Only)
Comprehensive inspection for business records or regulatory needs, including multi tank systems and long term condition assessment.

Replacement systems are required when an existing system has failed, is damaged, or no longer meets current code due to age, soil conditions, or increased usage.
Live video inspection of the sewer line from the structure to the septic tank to identify blockages, damage, or failures before excavation.
