How Our Payment Plan Works
1. Pay 50% to Get Started
A 50% deposit is required to officially schedule your project.
This deposit allows us to:
• Order materials
• Reserve equipment and labor
• Prepare your job site
• Lock in your date on our schedule
Your spot isn’t secured until the deposit is paid.

2. Pay 50% When the Work Is Done
The remaining 50% is due when your project is completed.
Before we ask for the final payment, we make sure:
• All work listed in your estimate is finished
• The job site has been cleaned
• Any required inspections have passed
• You’ve walked the job with us and are satisfied
You only pay the last half once everything is done right.
