HOW OUR PAYMENT PLAN WORKS

50% DEPOSIT TO SCHEDULE

A 50% deposit is required to officially schedule your project.

This deposit allows us to:

• Order required materials
• Reserve equipment and labor
• Prepare for site work
• Secure your place on our schedule

Your project date is not locked in until the deposit is received.

50% DUE UPON COMPLETION

The remaining balance is due once the project is completed.

Before final payment is requested, we confirm that:

• All work outlined in your estimate is complete
• The job site is cleaned and left in proper condition
• Required inspections (if applicable) are passed
• You have had the opportunity to review the completed work

Final payment is only collected after the job is done correctly.
